Carol Jenkins a is Colorado painter, who work is currently being shown in galleries in Denver, Boulder and Scottsdale. Specializing in oils, her formal training took place at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and her style has been refined through studies with acclaimed plein air artists throughout the west. Carol was awarded the 2006 Best Body of Work at the Rocky Mountain Plein Air Painters Signature Show in Steamboat Springs, the 2006 Award of Excellence, R.M.P.A.P. National Show in Winter Park, and 2006 Best of Show, James Creek Art Show, her work has been exhibited in multiple national juried and invitational shows. Carol lives in Ward, Colorado and paints in the Rocky Mountains, deserts surrounding Tucson, Florida, and New England.
